Gulmarg, meaning “Meadow of Flowers”, is a world-famous hill station located in the Baramulla district of Jammu & Kashmir, around 50 km from Srinagar. Nestled at an altitude of 2,650 meters (8,690 ft), Gulmarg is surrounded by snow-clad Himalayan peaks, pine-covered slopes, and lush green meadows.
